He’s been shot twice in the last few months in Surrey’s violent turf war, but 28-year-old Ravinder Samra is still refusing to cooperate with police.
So Surrey RCMP took the unusual step Monday of releasing a photograph of Samra just before he was injured a second time Saturday night in a targeted shooting.
Samra was at the Cactus Club in Langley just prior to his being shot in the 18600-block of Highway 10 Saturday night....
