A 21-year-old Vancouver man out on bail on drug trafficking and unlawful confinement charges was shot to death at his parents’ eastside home Halloween night.
Alexander Julian Liang was gunned down in a targeted hit in the 3200 block of East 6th about 10:30 p.m. Wednesday.
His parents are listed as living in the block where the murder happened.
